Return Policy
We hope you love your TACK Lifestyle pieces as much as we do. Each item in our collection is selected and crafted with care — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
To begin a return, please email studio@tackstudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for sending it back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives with a manufacturing flaw or has been damaged in transit.
Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases online or in-store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email when your credit has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
Damaged or Flawed Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a flaw in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@tackstudios.com.
We’ll review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom orders, Rugs, Artwork, Sale or discounted items
We appreciate your understanding, as these pieces are often made to order or one-of-a-kind.
Additional Notes
Returned items must be received in their original condition, free from signs of wear or use. Please ensure returns are securely packaged — we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
TACK Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements or appears to have been used or damaged after delivery.
